Coronavirus Update May 6th, 2020

To all Passengers, Agents, Tour Operators, and Partners

Aranui Cruises has made further updates to its 2020 schedule, terms, and conditions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Voyages 8 and 9 have been canceled. All passengers on these voyages can rebook on any future Aranui 5 voyage in 2021 or 2022 or will be offered a Future Cruise Credit to be redeemed on any Aranui 5 voyage in 2021 or 2022.  No penalties or rebooking fees will apply.
  • Aranui has amended its cancellation policy. Passengers booked on V10/2020 through to V20/2020 can cancel their cruise with no penalties or fees if cancellations are made up to 30 days before a scheduled departure. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, the full fare will be forfeited.
  • Aranui has amended its payment policy. For passengers booked on voyages 10/2020 through to V20/2020, final payments will now be due 60 days prior to departure instead of 90 days prior to departure.
