In July-August 2017, Cruise Travel magazine named the Aranui 5 as "Ship of the Month." And the list of examples goes on.

• Jules Wong was made a Knight of the Order of Tahiti Nui in 2015.
• Hélène Wong was made a Knight of the National Order of Maritime Merit the same year.
• Philippe Wong received the title of Knight of the National Order of Merit in 2016.
